e-Training

MDI's e-Training is a convenient and cost-effective way to train (or re-train) your staff on all aspects of On-Line Advantage software. The program is easy to use and simple to install from a single CD that can be used over and over again. Users can work at their own pace to complete the entire training program, or in bits and pieces as time permits. Our e-Training program works in tandem with the On-Line Advantage software to allow hands-on learning.

We’ve recorded the voices and training techniques of knowledgeable MDI trainers to provide a training experience that closely simulates the training provided at our training facilities.

Self-Paced, Hands-On Lessons

MDI’s e-Training Program is divided into a series of topics specific to each module of the software, allowing the user to proceed through the training at their own pace. For each topic, a brief instructional video is played, complete with sound and animated screen shots, to demonstrate the software functions associated with that topic. Then, the user follows step-by-step instructions through a hands-on lesson to help them retain the knowledge gained from the video. A quiz is provided at the end of each topic that can be used to demonstrate and document successful completion of each section.
