On-Line Advantage Training

MDI Technologies is committed to our clients' success. To help ensure this success, we offer a variety of training options to give your staff the skills they need to effectively use On-Line Advantage software. Training begins even before our software is installed on your system.

The first step is an intensive Basic Training course — 3 days for clinical, 4 days for accounting. We offer hands-on training in state-of-the-art classrooms at our St. Louis office, or special on-site training at your facility.

Next, we have dedicated start-up specialists to help you get your new system up and running with live data.

Once you're comfortable with program, Advanced Training courses are available for users who want to become more efficient with On-Line Advantage's more advanced features and functions.

In addition, we've recreated our training sessions in a self-paced format on CD-Rom. e-Training is ideal for a refresher course or a new hire, without the expense of travel or on-site fees.
