MDI’s On-Line Advantage Assisted Living software is a complete clinical and billing package designed specifically for the Assisted Living environment. This unique module provides full function and efficiency for Assisted Living facilities, whether freestanding or in a campus setting. Assisted Living software is designed to accommodate regulatory requirements that may be mandated to the assisted living industry in the future.

Complete Integration

On-Line Advantage Assisted Living combines the clinical and accounts receivable functions in one efficient module. This allows for single data-entry that saves valuable time for your staff and helps ensure accurate information. Assisted Living is also fully integrated with our Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger modules to provide complete financial reporting capabilities. In a campus setting, this integration allows for combined financial reporting for all units, or for each unit individually.

Clinical Functions

Assisted Living provides the capability to document physician orders, create care plans, and track vitals as well as unlimited user-defined assessments. The Vitals program allows for open entry documentation, which can be used for nurses notes or other comments regarding the tenant’s condition.

Assisted Living offers a variety of Accounts Receivable functions to accommodate every billing need. The module keeps track of lease terms, handles all security deposits and monthly tenant charges. Assisted Living has capability to bill Medicare Part B and Medicaid, as well as private insurance and private pay. Complete month-end processing and a variety of tenant reports are also provided.
