ULTRACare 2007 - Version 15:
Now Available!

We are pleased to announce the publication of the annual new version release of ULTRACare. Version 15 includes over 200 new and enhanced features, providing new tools in ULTRACare to help you manage the operations of your company.

Clients should download the new version from the ULTRACare Secure Site via the internet, using the methods previous updates were obtained. Installation documentation should also be downloaded from the Secure Site. Please read the Pre-Installation Guidelines to help you plan for the timing of your installation.

How do you get to the Secure Site to download the update?

  • Your current username and password will allow you access to this site. The installation guide and release notes are located in a sub folder named Release Notes and Guides. Please copy the documentation and .zip files to your system to prepare for installation.

What documentation is available for download and review?

  • ULTRACare 2007 - Version 15 Software Release Guide. This document provides some important background notes and complete installation instructions, and a brief list of post-installation tasks that must be completed before anyone attempts to use ULTRACare. It is critical that you completely review this entire document before attempting to install the update.
  • ULTRACare 2007 - Version 15 Release Notes
    This document contains detailed descriptions of each new and enhanced feature in the update.

    One of the new features of Version 15 is that the current release notes can be accessed from the Help menu bar in ULTRACare. This makes the documentation readily available for any ULTRACare user without having to download a document. From this point forward, each monthly interim update will also contain a list of the changes made.

    Please distribute the document to all appropriate staff in advance of the installation. It is important that they understand the potential impact of any change on their daily operations prior to using it.
