Important
Information for REPS for Windows Users
MDI Achieve recently
notified all of our REPS for Windows users that support for REPS
for Windows will be discontinued, effective August 1, 2008. Users
with an active maintenance plan that renews on an annual basis will
continue to receive live support until their plan expires 12 months
from the date the maintenance plan was last renewed. At that time,
the Annual Maintenance Plan will expire and will not be renewed
for this product.

Please
note that users can continue to use the software, but live
technical support will be ending soon. However, if users would like
to continue with an Annual Maintenance Plan without interruption,
they will need to upgrade to a supported version of REPS Leads.

Helpful Hints for Filtering REPS Reports
REPS
reports provide the ability to filter by specific fields. Filtering
allows you to narrow the data set that is returned. Here are some
simple instructions to help you get the most from your REPS Reports...
To
utilize the filtering capability, click the Selection Criteria
button on the filter screen of the desired report.
On
the Selection Criteria screen, enter or select values for those
records you wish to include on the report. For example, if you select
the "Independent Living" item from the Care Level drop-down list,
only those leads with an "Independent Living" entry on their records
will be included on the report. All custom fields created in REPS
(via the Admin section) will be included on the selection criteria.
If
you select multiple selection criteria, only those leads that meet
all of the criteria will be included. For example,
if you select "Independent Living" from the Care Level drop-down
list and "1BR" from the Apt Pref field, only those leads that have
an "Independent Living" entry in the Care Level field and a "1BR"
entry in the Apt Pref field will be included on the report. A lead
with an "Independent Living" entry in the Care Level field but a
"2BR" entry in the Apt Pref field would be excluded.
To
include records with no entry in a particular field, type an
exclamation mark (!=blank) in the desired field. To include only
records with any entry in a particular field, type a double exclamation
mark (!!=not blank) in the desired field.
To
delete all data that has been entered on the selection criteria
screen, simply click the Clear Criteria button.
To save a frequently used filter for future use, click the
Save As button in the bottom left corner of the Selection
Criteria screen, enter a name for the filter on the input screen
and click the OK button. You will be returned to the report
options screen.
To
recall selection criteria you saved previously, select the appropriate
filter item from the Report Filter drop-down field on the report
options screen.

you have any questions, please contact our REPS Client Support team
